I'm starting this thread as a motivational tool. I started this project 15 years ago. Need to get it completed so I can drive it. Life intervened, kids, work etc... so progress has been sporadic. Body work was a big hold up, but got it finished just before Christmas. All of the parts are sitting on shelves and in boxes. No excuses left. I'll post my progress here. Pics show how far I've gotten.

Heading out to put on new wheel cylinders right now, sat so long the ones I rebuilt 6 years ago rusted shut.

I have a summer trip planned up the Northern California Coast to Coos Bay Oregon. 400+ miles. Gotta have time for shakedown runs.

I spent 4 years just on the body work. (I suck at it and had to pay to get it painted)

Good to see that you started again on the project.
Maybe you can find a Jeep friend not far to help you.
The yellow color : we like it but in our place there are small flies specialised in yellow color, and may/June/July your Jeep would be covered in black by millions of small flies.
Now we avoid the yellow color!

So spent the day rebuilding my air compressor, water in the air, drain valve clogged. Got my Coors light hung up. Brakes tomorrow.

    I'd say you were sidetracked.

Step one - Start motivation thread to work on Jeep after 15yrs.
Step two - Don't work on said Jeep.

Had to fix the air compressor. Need impact gun to get rear hubs off to get to the brakes. Water in airline filled impact gun with water. I'll be on track tomorrow AM. The Coors light only sidetracked me for 5 minutes, but it did add to the ambiance!

Jeep looks great. Nice rotisserie too. Surely there are a bunch more photos of the Jeep between the before and after, no?

Finished the brakes, new shoes and wheel cylinders on all four. Broke all of the adjusters loose, anti-seized and adjusted the brakes. Put the tub on! Neighbors came over to help, had to bribe them with homemade clam chowder. Got so start cooking.
