OK, I know this isn't a "Jeep" trailer. But it's still pretty cool. I recently took possession of a work trailer from the Rubicon Trail Foundation for Rubicon Trail work projects for the Tahoe side of the trail. It was donated to Friends of the Rubicon and has a dump bed which can either be used via a hydraulic jack under the bed or with compressed air. It will hold about a yard of material. In all there are 6 of these trailers owned by FOTR but this is the only one on the Tahoe side for now. It's rolling on 35" Wranglers.

Neat John. I take it those are custom made trailers. Cool that they have a dump bed.

I fixed the photos. Don't know how I got three of the same posted. I'll try to get a couple of pics with the bed in the up position. It has a cool tailgate too that I didn't get a pic of. These trailers are custom made but I don't have the name of the manufacturer yet. I'll post that up when I get it. It's a fabrication shop here in Cali. It's a real sturdy trailer, but I like the hitch on my trailer better.

Looks like a lock n roll style hitch.

Im seriously interested in the manufacturer/ builder. That's the kind of trailer Im hoping to eventually have for my Jeep.

It's neither. It's an off-road type of hitch that allows for more rotation and angularity. The trailer is in Reno right now getting some pig-tails made for the wiring so it can be plugged into several different styles of connectors. When it comes back up here I'll take some shots of the hitch to post up.

Here's the website for the fabricator that makes these: www.Varozza4x4.com

Terry, here's a pic of my hitch, made from a D27 hub. I see all my pics from the trailer build are gone, so I'm goin gto put them all back over the next week or so.
